Chris Guerra

Co-Founder - All Levels Teacher

Chris was first introduced to theatre in high school. After graduating with his BFA from Pace University in New York City, he performed on and off-Broadway in shows including COMPANY (u/s Stephen Colbert, working alongside Christina Hendricks, Neil Patrick Harris, and John Cryer), AVENUE Q, SPAMALOT, and the Broadway National Tour of SISTER ACT. After moving back to LA, he pursued television and comedy, becoming a Main Company member of the historic improv and sketch comedy theatre: The Groundlings. He developed his idea for the “Roger Bastion” character while performing as Olaf in DCA’s “Frozen: Live at the Hyperion” for 4 years. He currently has almost 800,000 followers on TikTok, where he acts out Facebook Marketplace Nightmares. Other Film: Big Foot Famous, Hypocrite. Kelsey Cooke

Co-Founder - All Levels Teacher

Kelsey grew up acting professionally in Hollywood, signing with her first agent at the age of 7. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts from Vanguard University, and pursued a Broadway, TV and Film career in New York upon graduating, working on shows like PAN AM (ABC) and ROYAL PAINS (USA). Her work eventually brought her back to Hollywood where she trained in improv at The Groundlings, UCB and Second City. Kelsey appeared in LIFE PARTNERS (Tribeca & Sundance Film Festival), BLACK NOVEMBER (Vivica Fox), BAD TEACHER (CBS) and THE VERONICA MARS MOVIE. In 2020 she Co-Founded “thisishardtoread” productions and is an award-winning producer, writer, and actor on the award-winning feature comedy/mockumentary film, RE-OPENING.

Brian Jones

Brian, a seasoned performer holds a BA in Theatre from Pepperdine University and launched his TV/film career in LA. Recruited by the Jim Henson Company, he underwent extensive training and performed with The Muppets on ABC and in Muppets Most Wanted. With a 20-year residency in LA, he excelled in improv, teaching workshops for corporate clients and directing/producing projects with Impro Theatre and ComedySportz LA.  Notable film credits include the Coen brothers’ Hail Caesar!, and TV appearances range from the I Love Lucy episode of Will and Grace to a special agent on NCIS.  He’s done voice work for Star vs. the Forces of Evil and currently voices Terry in Terry Benson Across Dimensions. His TV roles include Danger Force, American Housewife, Black-ish, Angie Tribeca, NCIS, Grey’s Anatomy, and Community. Brian’s favorite TV role was playing “Chad” on two seasons of Disney XD’s Gamer’s Guide to Pretty Much Everything.   Look up the short film “Frank and Emmet”—you’ll love it!
